Our Story

At Anu Banda Foundation, we bridge the gap between education and employment. Located at our Dumdum Park, Kolkata campus, we offer specialized offline courses designed to transform unskilled youth into industry-ready professionals. We focus on practical skills that lead directly to jobs.

We do not believe in theoretical learning alone. Our curriculum is designed in technical collaboration with Ascent Engineers & Consultants, ensuring that every student gains real-world mechanical knowledge. Whether it is operating heavy earthmovers like Excavators and Forklifts or managing live Digital Marketing campaigns, our students learn by doing in a 100% offline environment.

Eligibility Check: Our courses are open to all youth aged 18-35 residing in West Bengal. We prioritize candidates from economically weaker sections who possess the drive to learn and work.
Free Counseling: Unsure which path to take? Visit our center at Dumdum Park. Our mentors will assess your aptitude and suggest the right course—whether it’s Heavy Vehicle Operation or Digital Marketing.
Practical Training: Once enrolled, you enter our offline labs. You will work on actual machines and live projects under the guidance of Ascent Engineers & Consultants, not just read from textbooks.
Certification & Job: Upon successful completion, you receive an industry-recognized certificate and direct placement assistance with our network of logistics and corporate partners.
